Booking & pricing
How do I book?
Add games to your cart, pick your event date at checkout, and confirm. We'll follow up to schedule delivery.
How far in advance should I book?
2–4 weeks for weekends and holidays is ideal. Last-minute? Call us — we'll do our best.
Do you offer bundle discounts?
Yes! Crowd Favorites 3 for $100, all 5 Glow Games for $150, and 4 Giant Board Games for $50. Mention the bundle in your order notes.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We confirm bookings online and finalize payment by card, Venmo, or cash on delivery.
Delivery & setup
What areas do you serve?
All of Rhode Island — Providence, Warwick, Cranston, Newport, Pawtucket, and everywhere in between.
Do you deliver and set up?
Delivery and setup are available for an additional fee. Delivery is quoted based on your location anywhere in Rhode Island. Setup is $25 for 1–3 games, plus $5 for each additional game (4+).
How long is a typical rental?
Pricing is per day. Multi-day and weekend rentals available — contact us for custom packages.
Day of the event
What if it rains?
Most of our games are weather-resistant. For severe weather we'll work with you to reschedule.
Do you stay to run the games?
Standard rentals are drop-off. Our Experiences (Nerf, Carnival, All-Star Sports) include staff on-site.
Are the games safe for kids?
Yes — every game is designed for all ages. Adult supervision is recommended for the giant stacking games.
